The Dallas Yacht Club is located on Lake Lewisville at Eagle Point Marina. Established in 1954, the DYC has upheld a long tradition of developing fraternal spirit among the areas watersport enthusiasts. Although primarily a recreational organization, the DYC also supports our local community and promotes boating safety. We encourage everyone in the Lewisville, Texas area to join the DYC and look forward to seeing you at the lake.

The Cumberland Presbyterian Children’s Home Day at the Lake Event was a huge success!! The weather was perfect and the kids (as well as our DYC folks) had a great time! Many thanks to all of our members who helped and/or contributed to this special event, as well as to our generous Sponsors who donated food, T shirts and cash. Special thanks to Gloria Lorio for organizing the event, Mike & Barbara Cole for taking the kids on a boat ride and organizing games, Sneaky Pete’s, Ginger Weaver and Lane Lucas for providing food and Frank Machulis for the boater safety talk!
COMMODORE’S BALL
The Commodore’s Ball will be on November 12th at Sneaky Pete’s. You will recieve an invitation in the mail. We’ll be collecting $25 Gift Cards to give to the Cumberland kid’s for the holidays. Gift cards for Target, Walmart, Sports Authority, iPod, and Rave Theater are greatly appreciated!
